You agree that Your use of H2P Labs' mobile application ("App") implies Your consent to the collection, receipt, possession, storage, dealing, or handling of Your Personal Information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy").

1.2 Scope of Application

This Privacy Policy applies to all Users who access the App and are therefore required to read and understand the Privacy Policy before submitting any Personal Information.

Any term used but not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the same meaning as provided in the Terms. You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy, together with our Terms, forms Our agreement with You in relation to Your use of the App.

In order to provide the App, We automatically track and collect the following categories of information when You use the App:

• Domain servers
• Other information with respect to Your device interaction with the App and applications (collectively "Traffic Data")

2.2 Personal Information Collected

In order to provide the App, We may require You to provide Us with certain Personal Information. Personal Information includes the following categories of information:

• Device data
• Demographic data (such as Your time zone, Your postal address, and location details)

If You communicate with Us, for example, by email or letter, any information provided in such communication may be collected and stored by H2P Labs. Our App may transmit your Personal Information to our internal servers which may be situated outside India. This Personal Information is deleted from our servers 180 days after You delete the App or cancel/terminate your user account on the App, except to the extent storage of such data, including Your Personal Information, is necessary for Our purposes and/or required under applicable laws.

2.3 Advertising ID

Our app uses the Advertising ID (AD_ID) provided by Google Play services. This ID is a unique, user-resettable identifier that allows us to provide personalized advertising and to improve our app's functionality. We collect and use this ID in compliance with Google's policies. Users can reset their Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized advertising at any time through their Google settings.

3.1 Service Delivery

The information collected from You is used to ensure services with respect to the App are presented to You in the most effective manner, to carry out Our obligations to You, and to communicate with You. The said communication can either be by calls, text, or emails and for purposes which include transactional, service, or promotional calls or messages.

3.2 Permitted Use

In general, We use Our best efforts to use information in aggregate form (so that no individual user is identified). However, We may use Your Personal Information for the following purposes:

• To build up marketing profiles
• To aid strategic development, data collection, and business analytics
• To manage our relationship with advertisers and partners
• To enable us to provide the App through the use of appropriate technological services
• To audit usage of the App
• To enhance user experience in relation to the App (collectively, "Permitted Use")

4.1 Third Party Disclosure

We do not disclose Your Personal Information to any third parties other than to H2P Labs' affiliates, third-party service providers, or other trusted businesses or persons, who may be situated outside your jurisdiction, for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

5.1 PIPEDA Compliance

H2P Labs is committed to upholding the principles of PIPEDA and ensuring compliance with Canadian privacy laws. We have designated a Privacy Officer who is responsible for overseeing our privacy practices and ensuring that we handle personal information in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable laws.

6.1 Data Minimization

H2P Labs, the developer of nerdiNest, does not collect any personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses. As a result, the retention requirements typically associated with personal information under PIPEDA are not applicable to nerdiNest. The app focuses on providing tech news content without requiring users to create accounts or submit personal data. However, H2P Labs remains committed to protecting user privacy and adhering to best practices in data management for any non-personal information that may be collected to improve app functionality and user experience.

7.1 OAuth Data Collection

When you choose to sign in to nerdiNest using Google authentication, we collect and store only your name and email address obtained through Google's OAuth authentication service. This information is used solely to create and maintain your account, provide personalized services, and facilitate communication regarding your account.

8.1 Deletion Process

If you wish to delete your account and associated data from nerdiNest, please send an email request to [email protected]. Upon receiving your deletion request, we will permanently remove your name and email address from our systems within 7 days.
