Mindfulness of Breath

These meditations have a positive effect on your entire physical and mental state.  They are a great antidote to restlessness and anxiety, and an excellent form of relaxation.

Mindful Practice Meditations

These meditations are for mental training.  They involve focusing your mind on your experiences in the present moment.  Your own emotions, thoughts, and sensations.  Mindfulness meditations can involve breathing  mental imagery, awareness of body and mind, and muscle and body relaxation.

Body Scan

This is a form of mindful meditation, which uses sensations and visualization to hold the mind to the physical body and in the present.
